David Kim, M.D.

Dr. Kim received his M.D. degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, CA in 1998. He received his internship and residency training in Family Practice at Florida Hospital Family Practice Residency program in 2001. He has been providing primary care to his patients in Smyrna, GA since 2001. He has an interest in geriatrics and is currently the Medical Director at Delmar Gardens Nursing Home in Smyrna, GA.  His hobbies include racquetball, music, and volunteering with his church in community outreach activities.

Michael Allen, P.A.

Michael Allen, P.A. received his undergraduate degree from Columbia Union College and his P.A. degree from Howard University in 1974. Michael Allen served in Vietnam as a military medic and then worked in the Emergency Department at D.C. General Hospital.  Afterward, he continued to build his experience as a Physician’s Assistant at Yellow Stone Park medical services. Mr. Allen also has received international attention when he was chosen by the government of U.S. Virgin Islands to establish their first Emergency Medical Services in 1976. From 1979 Mr. Allen has been serving as a physician’s assistant in the Smyrna area including serving the patients at Smyrna City jail. His hobbies include riding motorcycles and flying planes as a pilot. Many patients have found his sense of humor and down-to-earth personality to make for a pleasant medical office experience.

Esther Kim, L.Ac, MTCM

Dr. Esther Kim is married to Dr. David Kim. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. She received her B.A from Pacific Union College as her undergraduate coursework. She then went on to graduate school by following her father's footsteps by attending his Alma Mater- Emperors College of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the next 4 years. She is currently NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) certified, and State of Georgia Board Certified. She has interned at UCLA ASHE Medical Center, ECTCM Medicine Center, as well as Los Angeles Free Clinic.  Dr. Kim specializes in pain management and women’s health, including infertility.

Nikki Peoples L.Ac, MTCM finished her undergraduate coursework at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. She then went onto University of San Diego for her Masters degree. She studied Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture and Herbology) at the Academy for Five Element Acupuncture in Gainesville, FL, afterwards continuing her post-graduate course in Chinese Herbal Medicine in New York with Jeffrey Yuen, the renowned Acupuncturist/Herbalist. 

She is currently certified by NCCAOM (National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) as well as by the State of Georgia to practice Acupuncture. She specializes in Pain management, Women’s health (Infertility, hormonal imbalance), Internal Medicine, as well as neuropathy issues. She encorporates the use of Master Tung Style technique, Dr. Richard Tan's Balance Method, as well as J.R. Worsley's 5 Element Acupuncture to address pain to treat patients. She loves getting to know her patients, and patient’s love her gentle and sweet personality fused with a great sense of humor!
